This website is a deliberately minimal homage to the fantastic and tacky infancy of the World Wide Web. Paragraph too wide? Then re-size your browser... AS CROM INTENDED!
I created this site as a response to my disgust with the unethical human testing, doomscroll-by-design, and dark patterns that are now so prevalent across the online social experience as to be considered the norm. The web used to be an adventure, and HTML used to be fun, but we gave that away in exchange for what? (And so, okay, I guess the site is also about advocacy for a return to the democratization of a freaky, non-corporate web.) The site is primarily dedicated to my interest in Dungeon Crawl Classics, an RPG that is a better, more fun Dungeons & Dragons experience than the actual Dungeons & Dragons. I'll tell you why in upcoming posts.

This site was made for FREE at neocities.org. You should make one too, and fill it up with things that make you, as a unique individual, happy. Don't even think about monetizing it or turning it into some sort of side-hustle. Just have some damn fun, will ya? Neocities even has tutorials available if you've never made a website before. You can do this. It's really easy!
